1 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Milk
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Can 16 oz. Peaches or 4 Fresh Peaches peeled, sliced
1 Cup Firmly packaged Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Cup Boiling Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square pan.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat in milk and oil. Pour into prepared pan. Arrange peaches on top.
Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
Sprinkle over peaches. Pour boiling water over.
Bake 60 minutes. The "cake" will be golden brown and the peaches will be bubbling.
