1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 heaping T. brown gravy mix
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. soup and water mixture
2 T. minced onion
1 T. parsley flakes
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl stir together soup and water. Set aside. In large bowl combine beef, bread crumbs, 1/3 c. soup mixture, onion, parsley and egg. Mix together well. Shape into balls. Brown all sides and arrange in casserole dish. Cover with remaining soup mixture. Bake covered in 350º oven for 45 minutes or until meat is finished cooking.
