1/4 c sesame seed oil
1/4 c Black soy sauce
2 T sugar
1 T hot chili oil
2T Balsamic Vinegar
1 lb. Vermicelli or spaghetti type noodle
1/2 c sesame seeds
1 c green onion

Directions:

Cook Vermicelli and drain well. Mix all other ingredients and toss. You can mix with your hands. Add sesame seeds. Cool and serve. This can be served cool or cold like a salad. You can add shrimp, chicken or beef if you would like.

I use to make this all the time when the kids were little. I love the flavor and kids really like it. I just found the recipe in a drawer....so I guess I can make it again for Laya.
