1/2 package of frozen boxed spinach, thawed
1/2 package Lipton soup mix
1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 8 oz can water chestnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Only using 1/2 of the box of spinach. (I usually freeze the other half for another time). Add 1/2 pkg. Lipton soup mix, 1 pkg. Knorr Veg. Soup Mix, 1 1/2 c. sour cream and 1 c. of mayonnaise. Stir in water chestnuts, chopped.
Cover, chill 2 hrs. Stir before serving. Serve in a bread bowl. Also serve with tortillas chips or vegetables.
