1 1/2 lb. Salmon filet
1/2 c hoison sauce
2 t. fresh grated ginger
2 T maple syrup or honey
1 T brown sugar
1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 t. adobo seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler
Combine all ingredients except salmon. It should be the consistency of a paste. Place salmon on greased cookie sheet. Spread sauce over salmon. Place under broiler for 5-7 minutes, making sure the sauce doesn't burn. Remove from broiler and heat oven to 425º. Place salmon back into oven and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through.

This is my family's favorite salmon, My kids named it "poison" salmon because it rhymes with "hoison".
