1 (12 oz.) pkg. tri-color pasta
4-5 c. broccoli and cauliflower, lightly steamed
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
½ -1 c. cubed mozzarella
¼ c. Parmesan cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced salami, cubed
1 each red and green pepper, diced

½ c. vinegar
4 cloves garlic, crushed
5 tsp. Italian seasoning
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Add broccoli and cauliflower, cucumber, cheeses, salami, peppers.
For dressing: combine vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. (Or use 8-12 oz. bottled Italian dressing.) Add dressing to salad. Chill well. Stir before serving.
