1pkg. frozen hashbrown (southwest style)
1 1/2 lb. pork sausage ( I use a mix of hot and mild)
3/4 C. chopped red bell pepper
3/4 C. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
1 Dozen eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in a skillet with the onion. Beat eggs in a separate bowl until they are a solid yellow. Combine ingredients in a 4 Qt casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Can be refrigerated at this point to bake the next morning. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hr. or until the center is no longer runny.
