1 lb ground pork
1 jar (14 oz) pasta sauce
1 ½ c. shredded Italian cheese blend
1 ½ c. soft fresh bread crumbs
1 egg
1 Tbsp salt free Italian herb bend seasoning
½ tsp salt
2 Roma tomatoes thinly sliced
¼ fresh basil leaves (optional)

Preheat oven to 425º.

In a large bowl combine ground pork. ¾ c. of pasta sauce. 1 cup of cheese, bread crumbs, egg, seasonings. Take mixture and create 4 oval shaped loaves about 6 in. in length and place on a foil lined baking sheet that is sprayed with nonstick cooking tray.
Top each loaf with some of the remaining pasta sauce, remaining cheese and fresh tomato slices. Bake in oven at 425 for 15 mins. or until cooked. Garnish with basil leaves if desired and serve with any remaining sauce.
