5 cups warm water
2 tbsp yeast
1/2 cup honey
1 cup instant powdered milk
1/3 cup dough enhancer
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp shortening
6 cups whole wheat flour
6 cups white flour

Directions:
Directions:
In Bosh Metal Mixing bowl add water, whole wheat flour, honey, oil, shortening, dough enhancer, salt and yeast and mix well. Add rest of flour a cup at a time. More than the 12 total cup of flour may be needed. Dough will pull away form the mixing bowl and not be sticky. Mix 8 to 10 Minutes. Let rise until double. Mold and put into 5 loaf pans. Let rise. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

If you don't have a mixer that will handle this recipe, you can knead the dough by hand for at least 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic. Kneading dough enough is very important.
