1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
5 tbs. oil
1 tbs. vanilla
2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl beat eggs, milk and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix. Add oil and combine well. Heat crepe pan or any flat bottomed pan with a lip; heat on each side and serve.
