3 eggs, separated
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt (about)
1 can (1 lb. 1 oz.) cream style corn

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Combine milk, flour and salt to make a smooth paste. Blend into the beaten egg yolks. Stir in the cream style corn. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Gently fold into corn mixture. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a hot buttered griddle. Cook over medium low heat, until golden brown. Turn and brown the other side. Serve hot. Yield: About fifty 2-inch fritters.
