Crumb mixture
2 cups flour
2 cups quick oats
11/4 cups butter (softened)
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt

Filling
1 12 0z jar Smucker's Caramel Ice Cream Topping
3 tbsp flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1- Heat oven to 350º. Grease or spray a 9x 13 inch pan.
2- Mix dry ingredients and butter in mixer until crumbly.
2- Reserve 3 cups of crumb mixture. Press remaing crumb mixture into pan. Bake 10 minutes.
3. Mix caramel and flour together.
4. Put chocolate chips and nuts over partially baked crust. Drizzle caramel mixture evenly over nuts and chocolate chips. Put reserved crumb mixture evenly over caramel.
4. Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
5. Cool until filling is set. Cut into bars.
