2 c flour
1 c brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c margarine
1 c mashed bananas
1/2 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease and flour loaf pan.
Sift together dry ingredients into large bowl. Add eggs, margarine and bananas mixing well. Fold in nuts.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake 65 to 75 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool before cutting.

I recently made this with 1/2 real brown sugar and 1/2 splenda brown sugar. I also used 1/2 margarine and 1/2 oil and baked in 9 x 13 pan
