2 3.5 oz. packages of raspberry Jello mix
1 c. boiling water
1 c. ice water
1 16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1 package frozen raspberries (thawed)
16 oz. sour cream
Fresh raspberries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, dissolve Jello in boiling water. After completely dissolved, add ice water and mix well. Put mixture in fridge for about 45 minutes, just until it starts to set (check after 30 minutes). With a hand beater on low, add cranberry sauce, then thawed package of raspberries. Beat in sour cream. Pour the mixture into mold of your choice and chill until set (at least 5 hours). Garnish with fresh raspberries.
