1 bag extra small noodles or shells
5 green onions sliced
3/4 c. sweet pickles diced
4 or 5 boiled eggs
1 bag frozen petite peas
1 c. celery chopped
1 c. carrots shredded
1/2 c. sliced olives
1-2 cans baby shrimp (optional)



DRESSING:

About 1 1/2 c. to 2 c. mayonaise
1/4 c. sugar (maybe more)
1 T. prepared mustard
1/2 - 3/4 c. sweet pickle juice

Directions:
Boil noodles and cool completely. Whisk dressing ingredients together. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; add noodles and dressing and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

All of these measurements are estimates. Grandma taught me how to make this when I was in grade school and years later when I asked her for the recipe she told me the ingredients, but no measurements. She always added a little of this and a little of that until it tasted right! This is for sure a Wiersma family favorite!
