1 1/3 c sugar
1/2 c oil
1/2 c orange juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c shredded zucchini
2 1/2 c flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cloves

Mix wet ingredients then add dry ingredients, bake 350º 20-25 min, cool and frost with caramel frosting.
