Pastry crust
2 eggs
1 T. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 29 oz. canned peaches
1 16 oz. canned peaches
1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. chopped, toasted almonds
1/4 c. melter butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bake crust in a 450º oven for 5 minutes. In bowl, beat eggs and lemon juice, then add sugar. Fold in drained, diced peaches. Pour into crust. Stir together wafers, almonds and butter. Put on top of fruit. Cover edge of crust with foil. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Cool, cover and chill.
