1 quart water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 C chopped fresh carrots
1 C chopped celery
2 1/2 C chopped potatoes
1 pkg frozen broccoli/ cauliflower
3/4 lb Velveeta Cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and add bouillon, carrots, celery and potatoes. Simmer until tender. Add package of broccoli and cauliflower. Cook until thawed but still crisp. Add cheese and soup. Continue to cook until cheese has melted.

Personal Notes:
I add cut up left over chicken when I add cheese and soup. If there is 8+ people, I have added a rotissiere chicken without the skin and cut into bite size pieces. Use a dutch oven or large soup pan.
