Cream together:
2 cubes butter
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
Add:
4 eggs
1 & 1/2 c. flour
1 & 1/2 c. nuts (or less)
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Spread mix on greased cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350º for 25 min.
Take out of oven and immediately cover with 1 lb small marshmallows.
Put back into oven for 3 minutes (watch carefully)
Cool 1 hour.

Icing: Cream together the following:

2 T butter
2 T shortening
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 T milk
2 c. powdered sugar
Cocoa to taste
