1 1/2 lb sirloin steak.
*Note: have butcher slice each steak into 4 thin slices, crosswise.
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. dry red wine
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 onions, diced
4 T butter
2 c. hot, cooked rice
1 cup dairy sour cream
slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, wine & Worcestershire. Heat and keep warm.
Divide garlic and onion, and saute in butter, in 2 separate skillets, until onion turns yellow.
Add meat and sear quickly on both sides.
Arrange meat and onion/garlic mixture over rice.
Top with the sauce and a dollop of sour cream.
Sprinkle with almonds.
Also: Wild rice may be used instead of white rice.
