1 can mushroom soup
1 & 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 T chopped parsley
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly with 1/2 cup soup and remaining ingredients.
Shape into loaf pan and bake @ 350 for 1 & 1/4 hrs.
Blend remaining soup with 1/4 c. water, 2 T drippings; stir and serve with loaf. ©
