3 cups cooked rice (cooled)
2 T. butter/margarine
2 eggs
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 - 2 T. soy sauce
1/2 - 1 cup diced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Scramble the eggs in a large fry pan. Melt butter/margarine in the same pan and saute onions. Add the cooled rice (If the rice is hot it gets mushy), peas and ham, stir well. Add soy sauce to taste. Cook and stir until it is heated throughout.
