2/3 cp flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cp cold butter, cubed
6 1/2 tsps cold water
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
filling:
-1 1/2 cp chopped peeled tart apples
3 tbsps sugar
1 tbsp flour
topping:
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsps caramel ice cream topping, warmed

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt; cut in butter until crumbly.
2) Gradually add water and vanilla; tossing with fork until dough forms a ball.
3) Cover and refrigerate for atleast 30 mins.
4) On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 10 inch circle.
5) Transfer to parchment paper lined baking sheet.
6) Combine the filling ingredients; spoon over pastry to within 2 inches of edges.
7) Fold up edges of pastry over filling, leaving center uncovered.
8) Combine cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over filling.
9) Bake 450f for 25 to 30 mins or until crust is golden and filling is bubbly.
10) Using parchment paper, slide tart on to wire rack.
11) Drizzle with caramel topping, serve warm.
