1/2 cp butter, softened
1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cp flour 1/2 cp semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cp milk chocolate chips
2/3 cp heavy whipping cream
whipped cream, fresh raspberries and confectioners sugar for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
1) In a small saucepan, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; beat in flour.
2) Drop dough by scant tbsps into greased miniature muffin cups; with well floured hands, press dough onto bottoms and up sides of cp.
3) Bake 325f for 20 to 25 mins or until golden brown.
4) Cool for 5 mins before removing from pan to wire racks to cool completely.
5) In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips with cream over low heat; stir until blended.
6) Transfer to a small bowl; cover and refrigerate until firm.
7) Beat chocolate mixer until soft peaks form.
8) Pipe of spoon into tart shells.
9) Garnish with your fav, like fresh raspberries, confectioners sugar or whipped topping.
