1 lb. unsliced round sourdough bread
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped green onions
3 tsp. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the bread lengthwise and crosswise in about 1 inch pieces without cutting through the bottom crust. Insert cheese and onions between cuts. Combine butter and poppy seeds and drizzle over the bread. Wrap in foil; place on baking sheet and bake for 15 min. at 350º. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until all the cheese is melted.
