1 cp flour
2 tbsps granulated sugar
1/2 cp cold butter, cubed
1/2 cp flaked coconut
1/2 cp chopped walnuts, toasted
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cp confectioners sugar
1 carton ( 8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
1 1/2 cps semisweet chocolate chips
2 1/2 cps cold milk
2 pkgs (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
chocolate curls, for garnish

Directions:
1) In a large bowl, combine flour and sugar; cut int butter until crumbly.
2) Stir in coconut and walnuts.
3) Press into ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
4) Bake 350f for 15 to 18 mins or until lightly browned.
5) Cool on rack.
6) In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth.
7) Fold in 1 cp whipped topping.
8) Spread over crust.
9) Top with pie filling; cover and chill.
10) In a microwave; melt chocolate; stirring until smooth.
11) In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 mins.
12) Let stand for 2 mins or until soft set.
13) Whisk a small amount of pudding into melted chocolate. Return all to pudding; whisk constantly.
14) Pour over cherry filling.
15) Chill for 2 hrs or until set.
16) Just befor serving, spread remaining whipped topping over dessert.
17) Garnish with chocolate curls.
