2 tbsps flour
1/2 cp mayo
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 cps milk
3 cps frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and patted dry
12 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
8 med fresh mushrooms, chopped
2 cps (8 oz) shredded monterey chopped cheese
1 sheet refrigerate pie pastry

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a large bowl; combine the first 5 ingredients.
2) Whisk in eggs, one at a time.
3) Stir in the milk, broccoli, bacon, mushrooms and cheese.
4) Line a 9 inch deep dish pie plate with pastry.
5) Trim pastry to 1/2 inch beyond edge of plate; flute edges.
6) Pour broccoli mixture into crust.
7) Bake 350f for 55 to 60 mins or until knife inserted into edge comes out clean.
8) Let stand for 10 to 15 mins before cutting.
