1 cp butter, softened
1 cp granulated sugar
2 eggs
3 tsps vanilla extract
3 cps flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cp sour cream
1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling
1 can (15 1/4 oz) sliced peaches, drained
topping:
1 cp brown sugar
1 cp flour
1/2 cp quick cooking oats
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cp cold butter, cubed
glaze:
1 cp confectioners sugar
1 to 2 tbsps milk

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2) Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3) Beat in vanilla.
4) Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add to cream mixture alternating with sour cream.
5) Beat just until combined.
6) Pour half of the batter into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
7) Combine pie filling and peaches; spread over batter.
8) Drop remaining batter by tbsps over filling.
9) For topping, combine the brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon in a bowl.
10) Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
11) Sprinkle over batter.
12) Bake 350f for 70 to 75 mins or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
13) Cool on a wire rack.
14) Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over coffee cake.
