1 lb stew meat, cut in 1" cubes
2 medium red potatoes
3T oil
1 medium onion, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp oregano
1/2 c red salsa
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
boil meat for about an hour, until tender, let cool in water then shred
cook potatoes-boil or microwave, cut into cubes
In a large skillet heat oil and cook onion & garlic, add meat, potatoes, oregano, cook stirring frequently about 10 min.
Add salsa, salt and pepper.
Serve with home made tortilla's, cheese, salsa, etc.
