Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. flour
2 c. Corn Meal
¾ c. sugar
2 tbsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt

½ c. Heavy Whipping Cream OR 6 oz. plain unflavored yogurt
½ c. of milk
½ c. Vegetable Oil
½ c. Honey
4 Eggs
1 Can Creamed Corn

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees

Combine the dry ingredients and mix well.

In another dish combine wet ingredients and hand mix well.

Blend into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish then coat with corn meal.

Pour mixture into the dish and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes and check it with a tooth pick. It should come out clean. I usually wind up baking it for 35 minutes. But that’s my oven. Start checking with a tooth pick at 25 if your oven runs hot and watch closely.
