5 C. squash, cooked, drained
3/4 C. grated Monterey jack cheese
1 (10 ounce) can cream-of-chicken soup
1 (16 ounce) box herb dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked squash in mixing bowl and season with salt to taste. Add soup, blending well. Mix the dressing according to directions on box. Place half dressing in a 9 X 13-inch greased baking dish. Spoon the squash mixture on top and sprinkle the remaining dressing on top and then sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 375º, uncovered for 30 minutes.
