6 hardcooked eggs
2 T. sweet pickle relish
3 T. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. mustard
3 T. onion, finely minced
1 T. vinegar
Paprika

Directions:
Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Take yolks out and mash with fork. Add relish, onion, mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar to yolks. Place this yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika, if you like.

At Christmas, on each half of egg, I slice green olives and slice pimentos and place around the olive slice to make a poinsettia.
