Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
When we have a fish fry with our fresh caught wild cutthroat trout, we usually fry some and bake some using this method. If we don't do an "official" fish fry night, we will bake a couple of fish, using this method over the fire, and serve them as appetizers. Then everyone wishes we had done a regular fish fry because they taste soooo good!
