1-1 1/2 lemons, squeezed
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
2 T. flour
2 T. cornstarch
2 1/2 c. water
1 T. butter
9 inch piecrust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 c. water in corn starch and flour. Beat eg yolks; add sugar, water, and butter. Cook till thick. Pour into pie shell. Beat whites of eggs with 6 T. sugar and spread on pie. Bake in oven until light brown.
