1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
pinch of salt
1 c. sugar for filling
1 Tbsp. of sugar for every egg white
1 c. milk
3 eggs
4 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
3 Tbsp. corn starch
butter the size of an egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Pre-made crust

Directions:
Directions:
Filling: Separate eggs; whites and yolks. Bake Crust (poke holes with a fork), mix dry ingredients, melt butter and add to warm milk. Mix with dry ingredients, slightly beat egg yolks and add to mix. Mix together with a wooden spoon, add vanilla, heat on medium heat in a sauce pan until thickness desired (keep warm).

Topping: Combine whites and cream of tarter using a mixer until thickness desired, fold in sugar 1 tsp. at a time. Put filling in crust and put whipped topping on top of filling. Bake at 350º until top is golden. Put pie dish on a cookie sheet while baking.
