1 bag store bought lettuce, any variety
1/4 red onion, sliced thin
1/2 cucumber, peeled and quartered
6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. tortilla chips
8 chicken tenders
Frank's Hot Sauce to taste
Regular or light Ranch Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken tenders according to directions. Remove from oven and sprinkle with hot sauce. Use as much or as little as you like, but make sure chicken is coated but not soaked. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients with the exception of the ranch dressing. Add the chicken and chips and toss all together. Divide into two serving dishes and dress with the ranch.
