1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 oz can white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/c c chopped cucumber
1/2 c chopped red pepper
1/4 c chopped red onion
1/4 c chopped cubanelle pepper
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
1 ear fresh corn, removed from husk, or 1/2 c frozen corn
1/3 c cider vinegar
1/4 c olive oil
1/2 t salt
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t pepper
2T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
For dressing, in small bowl whisk vinegar, oil, sugar and seasonings. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour dressing over mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving for flavors to blend.
