1 pkg each, orange, lemon and lime gelatin
1 1/2 c hot water for each package
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c cold water
1 c hot pineapple juice
2 c heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 packs of Lady fingers

Dissolve each flavor gelatin separately with 1 1/2 c hot water. pour into loaf pan until set. Cut into 1/2 cubes. Softern unflavored getalin in cold water, dissolve into pineapple juice. Cool through, fold into whipped cream in which sugar and vanilla have been beaten, blend colored getatin cubes into this. Line spring form pan with lady fingers and pour in mixture. Chill for 6 to 12 hours, remove side of pan and add whipped cream to the top if desired

This was my Mom, Mary Cassiol's recipe. She made it every year when she hosted her Ladies Club, I always waited for the leftovers. I've made it with blue and orange jello for the Bronco's Super Bowl win!
