Directions:
Directions:
Pat pie dough in tart pans. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 400 deg.

Saute 1/2 pound of mushrooms - sliced - with mushrooms add 2 tablespoons scallions saute in 1/4 cup butter.
Add 1/4 cup flour and 1 cup whipping cream

stir until thick - fill tart shells

Can be frozen - makes approx. 26 tarts.
