2 8 oz. blocks cream cheese, softened
2 cans Crescent Rolls
1 ½ c. sugar, separated
1 egg, separated
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, 1 c sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Press one can of Crescent Rolls into the bottom of a 9 x 13’” pan. Pour cream cheese mixture into pan and spread. Layer second can of Crescent Rolls on top of cream cheese mixture. Seal perforations, and stretch to edges of the pan. Brush top with egg white. Combine ½ c sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 325° for 30-35 minutes.
