Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5-6 lbs. boneless pork shoulder or pork butt (Note: Other cuts of pork do not work!)
1 bottle of Liquid Smoke
rock salt or sea salt
tin foil
favorite B-B-Q or hot sauce
buns

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the pork into 5-6 chunks. Place each chunk on a separate piece of tin foil. Add 2-3 tbs. of liquid smoke and a pinch of salt to each chunk. Seal each tin foil package and stack it into the crockpot. Cook pork in the crockpot on high for several hours. Liquid will slowly seep out of the packages and collect on the bottom. Once meat is cooked thoroughly, take pork out of each package and place in a bowl. “Shred” or separate the pork into bite-size chunks. Serve with a variety of B-B-Q sauces and hot sauces that guests can season for themselves. Top with coleslaw if you wish.
