4T butter at room temperature
1T chopped fresh dill
1T grated lemon zest
spoonful minced garlic or 1 clove, minced
1/2 t ground cumin
freshly ground black pepper
1 head cauliflower

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cut stem off of cauliflower so it will sit steadily.
Mix butter and all other ingredients together.
Spread butter mixture over cauliflower head and on sides.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil or top with lid.
Bake 1 and 1/4 hour or until tender.
Cut into fourths to serve.

I usually double. Use more of the spices that you like. I love serving it to company because it can "sit" and does not have to be served immediately.
