4 pieces salmon fillet
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 Tbsp lite soy sauce
1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 Tbsp grated ginger
paprika
1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon in baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine remaining ingredients except sesame seeds and rub over salmon.
Let marinate for 20 - 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425.
Sprinkle salmon with sesame seeds.
Bake uncovered 12 - 15 minutes.
