1 pkg lemon jello;
1 pkg lime jello;
2 cups. boiling water;
1 #2 can crushed pineapple;
2 tbsp lemon juice;
1 cup evaporated milk;
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (walnut or pecan).
Chill til thick.
Add 1 tsp horseradish;
1 cup mayonnaise;
16 oz. cottage cheese;
1/4 tsp salt.

Directions:

Stir together jello, water, pineapple, lemon juice,milk, nuts and chill until thick.

Add: horseradish, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, and salt to taste. Stir well and place in a mold or pyrex baking dish.

Jello can be increased to large packages and 4 cups boiling water for 9x13 pyrex dish.

Grandma Sarah loved this recipe and made it for most of our family gatherings. She also substituted cream cheese for the cottage cheese for a richer version.
