1 lb hamburger
1 onion
small can tomato juice
1 T chili powder
red pepper to taste
salt to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Warm tomato juice in a pot. Add hamburger and mix thoroughly with juice. Fry onion in a small amount of oil until partly limp. Add to meat mix. Add salt, pepper, and chili powder. Cook on low heat for about 1 hour. Start cooking on medium high, then finish on low or simmer.
