1 1/4 cps chocolate wafers
1/2 cp chopped nuts
1/3 cp granulated sugar
1/2 cp butter, melted

filling:
2 pkgs (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3 tbsps sour cream
1/3 cp granulated sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cp evaporated milk
1 tsp lemon juice

topping:
2 cps (16 oz each ) sour cream
5 tbsps granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a small bowl, combine the wafer crumbs, walnuts, sugar; stir in butter.
2) Press onto the bottoms and halfway up the sides of an ungreased 10 inch springform pan.
3) Freeze for 15 mins.
4) In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and sugar until smooth.
5) Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined.
6) Combine milk and lemon juice; add to cream cheese mixture just until blended.
7) Pour into crust.
8) Place pan on a baking sheet.
9) Bake 350f for 35 to 40 mins or until center is almost set.
10)Combine the sour cream, sugar and vanilla; carefully spread over cheese cake.
11) Bake 10 mins longer.
12) Cool on a wire rack for 10 mins.
13) Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hr longer.
14) Refrigerate over night.
15) Top with cherry pie filling and refrigerate leftovers.
