5 eggs
1/2 c sugar
1 t vanilla
dash of salt & nutmeg
1 qt mlk
1 cup rice

(do not put rice in custard)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg well. Add the quart of milk. Add the warm rice.

Put in a pan of water and bake 350º for 1 hour.
