2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup pepper - diced finely
1/4 cup butter or bacon grease
1 t. salt
1 t. sugar
1/2 t mustard
1 1/3 Cup rice
Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomato sauce, water, onion, green pepper, butter, salt, sugar, mustard & pepper in a sauce pan. Cover & bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Stir with a fork. Makes 5 servings
