1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (1.2 ounce) package dry vegetable soup mix
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain spinach on paper towels. Squeeze or mash spinach into towels several times to make sure all water is gone from spinach. In mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the spinach, soup mix and water chestnuts. Form into a ball and serve with crackers.
