2 medium onions (chopped)
3 green onions (chopped)
1 medium bell pepper (chopped)
2 ribs celery (chopped)
1 ½ sticks margarine
1 Tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon parsley
2 lbs. crawfish tails
½ can jalapeño relish
8 oz. Velvetta cheese©
½ pint half & half
3 cloves garlic (minced)
½ lb. fettuccini
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, celery, bell pepper and green onions in margarine until softened. Add flour, parsley and crawfish and cook 15 minutes.

Add jalapeño relish, velveta cheese, half and half and garlic. Cook 15 minutes.

Cook noodles on the side and rinse. Fold noodles in sauce and pour into a 3 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

(If unable to find jalapeño relish use about 3 pickled jalapeño peppers)
